Terms of Use

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These terms describe how IEPful is meant to be used. They are written in plain language, and they apply to everyone who uses the site.

IEPful is operated by Samuel A. Spottiswoode, doing business as IEPful, a registered assumed business name in Montana.

Acceptance of these terms

By using IEPful, you agree to these terms and to our educational disclaimer. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What IEPful is for

IEPful is an educational planning and organization service. It helps parents prepare for an IEP meeting, keep track of the conversation, and remember follow-up items afterward. It is a preparation tool, not a professional service.

Who can use IEPful

IEPful is intended for adults — parents, guardians, and other adults preparing for a meeting. It is not designed for children to use independently.

You may use the planner and build a free meeting plan without an account. Saving a free plan is optional and requires a free account. Purchasing a Complete Meeting Pack requires a free account, and a purchased meeting plan is saved automatically to that account so you can return to it and open it on another device.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to the email address used to sign in, and for the content you choose to save. You may delete your saved plans or your entire account at any time.

No professional advice

IEPful does not provide legal, medical, advocacy, or individualized educational advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. Please read the educational disclaimer — it is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Enter only information you are comfortable entering.
  • Avoid unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about your child, school, or family.
  • Review the generated plan before relying on it — it is general preparation material.
  • Use your own judgment about what to discuss and what decisions to make.

Guest planner content is kept in your browser, so keeping your device and browser secure is up to you. Saved and purchased plans are kept in your account, so keeping access to your sign-in email secure is up to you.

Payments

The IEPful Complete Meeting Pack is currently offered as a $19 one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

Prices may change over time. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that governs your transaction.

Payment is processed by Stripe. IEPful does not store full payment-card numbers — see our privacy policy for details about payment and purchase information.

Refunds

The IEPful Complete Meeting Pack is a digital product that becomes available immediately after purchase. Because access is provided immediately, purchases are generally final once the Complete Meeting Pack has been unlocked.

We will provide a refund when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you were charged but did not receive access to your Complete Meeting Pack;
  • a technical problem with IEPful prevents you from reasonably accessing or using your purchased pack and we are unable to resolve the problem; or
  • a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical or billing problem, contact support@iepful.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include the email address used for your IEPful account and the approximate purchase date. Do not send IEP documents, medical records, or sensitive information about your child.

Refunds are generally not provided solely because you changed your mind, your meeting was canceled or rescheduled, you chose not to use the pack, or the meeting did not have the outcome you hoped for.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The IEPful name, branding, interface, written materials, question library, and the organization of the product are protected to the extent applicable law allows.

Your own meeting pack is yours to use: you may save, print, and share your generated plan for your personal, non-commercial preparation, including with your child's team. Please don't resell IEPful's materials or republish them as your own product.

Things not to do

Please don't:

  • attempt to bypass payment or access protections
  • interfere with the operation or availability of the service
  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated abuse against the site
  • use IEPful for unlawful purposes
  • attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, accounts, or data

Reviews you submit

Leaving a review is optional. If you submit one, please keep it about your own experience with IEPful, and do not include your child's name, school or district, diagnosis or disability, IEP details, contact information, or anything else identifying about another person.

Reviews are not published automatically. Every submission is held for review by a person and appears publicly only if you explicitly gave permission for publication. We may decline or remove a review for spam, irrelevance, duplication, privacy or safety reasons, or a breach of these terms — never because it is critical of IEPful. We may remove personal or identifying details from a published review by replacing them with “[removed]”, and such a review is publicly marked as edited for privacy. We do not change your wording or your rating.

Your words remain yours. By checking the publication box, you grant IEPful permission to display your rating, any review text, and any display name and state you chose to provide on this website. You can ask us to remove your published review at any time by emailing support@iepful.com.

Availability and changes

IEPful is an evolving product. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Limits on responsibility

IEPful is provided as an educational tool, as-is, without guarantees about outcomes or results. We can't promise a particular meeting result, and we're not responsible for decisions made by you, your school, or your child's team.

To the extent the law allows, IEPful's responsibility for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product develops. When they change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. Continuing to use IEPful after an update means the updated terms apply.
