We read every message. Helpful things to include: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a purchase question, the date of the purchase is usually enough.

Please don't email IEP documents, medical records, or other sensitive information about your child. We don't need it, and we'd rather it stayed with you.
Questions about your child's situation
IEPful is an educational preparation tool, so we can't advise on a specific child's legal rights, diagnosis, eligibility, services, or individual educational situation. For those questions, please reach out to a qualified professional who can review your situation directly — for example an attorney, advocate, clinician, or another professional who knows your child.
